FAX/EMAIL ENTRIES: Entries may be faxed to the Show Secretary at 214-602-6472, or scanned and emailed to secretary@livetrial.net. Both the front and back of each entry form must be included, completely filled out and signed, or the entry will not be accepted. Payment must be made via the online store at https://squareup.com/store/chicagocollieclub Fees for online entries and catalog preorders include a service fee of $0.50-$1.50 depending on the entry amount.
